Care That Fits Your Schedule and Your Life
Therapy Services
Whether you prefer to meet face-to-face or from the comfort of home, Dr. Hayden offers therapy that works with your schedule. Both in-person and teletherapy sessions provide the same thoughtful support.
Together, you’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and start finding ways to ease it. Sessions are a balance of structure and conversation—practical enough to give you tools, yet personal enough to feel supportive. The focus is on helping you feel clearer, lighter, and more grounded as you move forward.
In-Person Therapy
(Fairlawn, OH)
In-person sessions give you a dedicated space to step away from daily pressures and focus on yourself. Meeting face-to-face allows for steady connection and structure, while giving you the time to pause, reflect, and sort through what’s on your mind. It’s a supportive, collaborative process—centered on helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Teletherapy
(Available Across Ohio)
With secure video sessions, you can connect from anywhere in Ohio—no commute, no extra logistics. Teletherapy offers the same thoughtful, structured support as in-person sessions, but with the flexibility to fit into your day. Whether you’re at home, at the office, or on the go, it’s a practical way to make therapy part of your routine without added stress.
Biofeedback is a technique in which patients receive real-time feedback (through computer displays and sounds) on physiological markers of stress, such as muscle tension or variability between heartbeats. The goal is to improve nervous system balance usually through relaxation training. When this is integrated with CBT, ACT and/or mindfulness-based therapy, the combined intervention can enhance outcomes more than psychotherapy alone in certain conditions (e.g, depression, anxiety, phobias) both in symptom reduction and physiological regulation.
